Discover Scuba Diving – 2 Day Program

Complete the PADI Discover Scuba Diving program and dive in both the pool and in the open water.
It is an exciting program that allows you to dive, without having to do an entire course. Great way to experience diving without committing to an Open Water course.
Perfect if you are about to leave on a short getaway and have considered doing a dive course whilst you’re away, get rid of the nerves with our professional team and take your first breaths on Scuba!
This program does not result in certification, however for certification details read about our PADI Open Water course.
Course Content: One short theory session, one pool dive, and an open water (sea) dive.
The program is run over two days – generally split over two Saturdays of our scheduled PADI Open Water course.
The first Saturday covers the theory and pool component, with the following Saturday being the ocean dive day!
We can also tailor programs to meet individual needs.
Schedule
Saturday week 1 – 11am-3pm – Meet at shop for paperwork, theory session and gear fitting. Then head off to the pool for your in water session with your Instructor. You will spend around 1 hour underwater.
Saturday week 2 – Half day (typically morning) – Shore dive with your Instructor, approx. hour dive if air allows, location to be advised depending on weather (either local at Brighton or Rye Pier).
Prerequisites
- Minimum age: 12 years
- Medically fit to dive
- Own transport
