Delivery & Return Terms and Condition

This policy applies to products purchased from the website cdragon.com.au. All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.

Note: The weight showing on the product page is including the weight of product and package.

Delivery Cost & Time

Most of the products are readily available at our warehouse and once we receive your order, we dispatch it out at the earliest, 1-2 business days for products that are in stock depending on when you’ve placed your order; 7-14 business days for the products on backorders.

Australian Order

Note: Due to Covid 19 restrictions in Victoria, your item may take longer to arrive than usual.
Standard Delivery -
Metro: 5-8 business days
Regional: 8-10 business days

Express Delivery –
Metro: 3-5 business days
Regional: 5-8 business days

Note: Although we try our best, we cannot 100% guarantee the exact shipping date of your pre-ordered tent. Whilst our system is accurate, shipping dates are based on the latest information we have at hand from our suppliers, factory and shipping agents. As always with all logistics, schedule variations can arise. Don’t worry, we will keep you up to date and give you the opportunity to cancel your order if the shipping date is changed beyond a reasonable time frame.

If you have an item on pre-order we will do our best to keep you up to date but please do feel free to contact us with any concerns.

If you decide to cancel your order, we will refund you in full within 30 business days of the refund request.

Our Return Policy

All exchanges and returns require proof of purchase (e.g. a receipt or credit card statement) and any refunds processed will be performed using the original method of payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise where there are no other non-faulty items in the same delivery.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind and wish to exchange or refund your goods, we will accept returns provided that: the return is made within 30 days from the date of purchase; the goods have not been used; the goods are returned in their original packaging; and the goods are not excluded goods from the change of mind policy.

Faulty or Incorrect Deliveries

we take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find that one of our products is faulty, or we have not delivered what you ordered, we would like to help you resolve the problem. Returns will be accepted for products purchased online and delivered anywhere in Australia if they are faulty or the products delivered do not match your order. You will need to provide proof of purchase (which may include the invoice, credit card statement or other payment statement) at the time of making the return.
